Anchored Attitude Mini Series

Welcome to the Anchored Attitude mini series! These 9 episodes (78-86 of the Busy Christian Mom podcast) will walk you through scripture memorization of 9 verses that help you fix your attitude, mindset, and effort on glorifying God. It can be a challenge to live your faith out when brain fog, anxiety, and overwhelm creep in unexpectedly. These bible verses will help your headspace when life gets tough.

The 9 verses are split up into three sections. 3 verses about attitude, 3 on mindset, and 3 on effort. This is an intentional order because I know sometimes we get in a funk, and the quickest way out of it is an attitude adjustment. From there, we can work on capturing thoughts, and get the space between our ears aligned with Christ. Finally, we can go forth and work hard for the glory of God.

Here’s a quick glance at the verses we’ll be covering:

  • EP 78: Philippians 2:14 (attitude)
  • EP 79: Romans 12:12 (attitude)
  • EP 80: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (attitude)
  • EP 81: 2 Timothy 1:7 (mindset)
  • EP 82: 2 Corinthians 10:5 (mindset)
  • EP 83: Philippians 4:8 (mindset)
  • EP 84: 1 Corinthians 10:31 (effort)
  • EP 85: Proverbs 16:3 (effort)
  • EP 86: Galatians 6:9 (effort)

I’ll be using the NLT, and that’s important as you walk through the Anchored Attitude mini series. You and I will be looking at the same translation throughout the 9 episodes.
